In response to COVID-19 and the state of emergency the pandemic has caused, and in an effort to begin reopening restaurants in the safest possible way, the City of Kingston has introduced an Outdoor Dining season where restaurants and retail business can utilize municipal areas. In the interest of assuring the safety of all residents and visitors to this area, certain traffic restrictions will be in effect.
Therefore, I, Steven T. Noble, Mayor of the City of Kingston, by the power vested in me by the Charter of the City of Kingston declare:
There will be no parking at the designated “Outdoor Dining Parklets” located at the following addresses from 9:00am Saturday, November 28th through 10:00pm Tuesday, December 1st:
15 West Strand St- Ship to Shore
11 Broadway Ave- Savona’s
38 Broadway Ave- Tortilla Taco Bar
73 Broadway Ave- Clove and Creek
82 John St- Rough Draft
313 Fair St- Stockade Tavern
43 North Front St- Kingston Bread and Bar
301 Wall St- Hotel Kinsley
305 Wall St- Vincenzo’s Pizzeria
