EXECUTIVE ORDER
Issued September 19th, 2022
In preparation for the Benedictine Health Foundation Run for Cancer Care on Sunday, September 25th,
2022 and in the interest of assuring the safety of all residents and visitors to this area, certain traffic
restrictions will be in effect.
Therefore, I, Steven T. Noble, Mayor of the City of Kingston, by the power vested in me by the Charter
of the City of Kingston declare:
From 8:30 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. on Sunday September 25th, 2022, there will be intermittent
traffic control at all intersections on Wall Street and Fair Street, between N Front Street and
Greenkill Avenue.
There will also be the following parking restrictions:
- No Parking along right (South) side of N Front Street from Washington Ave. to Fair St.
- No Parking on right (West) side of Fair Street from N Front St. to Greenkill Ave.
- No Parking on right (East) side of Wall St. from Greenkill Ave. to N Front St.
- No Parking on church (South) side of Pearl St. where meters are from Fair to Wall St.
