City of Kingston to Host Trick-or-Treaters on Halloween 2022,
Curfew Will Be in Place
KINGSTON, NY – Mayor Steven T. Noble is pleased to announce that City Hall will be open to trick-or-treaters on Monday, October 31, 2022, from 3:00-4:30pm. Various City Hall departments will have decorated doors and will be passing out candy to costumed visitors.
Mayor Noble reminds all residents that there will be a curfew of 8:00pm in effect on Monday, October 31, 2022 for all children under 16 years of age.
“We look forward to celebrating Halloween this year, and welcome trick-or-treaters to City Hall in the afternoon,” said Mayor Noble. “As in years prior, we are issuing a curfew for minors on Monday night. The cooperation of parents and caregivers is imperative for us all to safely enjoy Halloween.”
