REVISED EXECUTIVE ORDER

In preparation of the O+ Parade and Festival scheduled for October 6th
-8th, 2023 and in the interest of
assuring the safety of all residents and visitors to this area, certain traffic restrictions will be in effect.
Therefore, I, Steven T. Noble, Mayor of the City of Kingston, by the power vested in me by the
Charter of the City of Kingston declare:
The O+ Parade kicks off in front of the Kingston Library on Prospect St. at 5:45pm on October 6th, 2023,
and ends at the Parking Lot behind 52 Main Street at approximately 6:45pm. There will be a police
presence for intermittent traffic control. See attached parade route.
From 5:00pm October 6th, 2023, through 8:00pm October 8th, 2023, there will be No Parking at the
following locations:
-Meter #329 on Wall St., both sides.
-Meter #430 on Main St., both sides.
-Meter #432 on Main St., both sides.
From 10:00am to 7:00pm on October 7th, 2023, there will be No Parking and Wall Street will be closed to
traffic between North Front Street and John Street.
From noon to 9:00pm on October 7th, 2023, there will be No Parking and Crown Street will be closed to
traffic between John Street and County Parking Lot Exit.
