Issued December 2nd, 2024

In preparation for the Snowflake Festival, and in the interest of assuring the safety of all residents and visitors to this area, certain traffic restrictions will be in effect.

Therefore, I, Steven T. Noble, Mayor of the City of Kingston, by the power vested in me by the Charter of the City of Kingston declare:

From 3:00pm to 8:00pm on December 6th, 2024, there will be No Parking on the following streets:

-North Front Street, between Crown St and Clinton Ave

-Wall Street, between Main St and N. Front St -Main Street, between Fair St and Wall St

-Fair Street, between N Front St and Main St

-John Street, between Crown St and Fair St

From 3:00pm to 9:00pm on December 6th, 2024, the following streets will be Closed to Traffic:

-Wall Street, between John St and N Front St

From 4:30pm to 9:00pm on December 6th, 2024, the following streets will be Closed to Traffic:

-North Front Street, between Fair St Ext and Crown St

From 5:30 pm to 8:00pm on December 6th, 2024, the following streets will be Closed to Traffic:

-North Front Street, between Clinton St and Fair St

-Wall Street, between Main St and John St

-Main Street, between Fair St and Wall St

-Fair Street, between N Front St and Wall St

-Fair Street Ext., between Schwenk Dr and N Front St

-Crown St, between N. Front and Green St.
