Kingston Point Beach Opening June 25,
Andretta Pool and Splash Pad Opening June 28
KINGSTON, NY – Mayor Steven T. Noble and the Parks and Recreation Department are pleased to announce that Kingston Point Beach will officially open on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, and Andretta Pool will open Saturday, June 28, 2025.
Kingston Point Beach will be open five days a week, only when lifeguards on duty, Wednesday through Sunday, from 10:00am-4:45pm. Please note that, due to the proximity to the swimming area, there will be no motorized boat launches from the ramp at Kingston Point Beach going forward.
The Andretta Pool and splash pad will be open to the public starting on Saturday, June 28, and will be open Wednesdays through Sundays (times vary each day, see attached schedule). Mondays and Tuesdays are closed for summer camp swim days. There will be no entry fee for the pool.
“With summer officially beginning on June 21 and school getting out on June 25, we are excited to open the beach and pool for everyone to enjoy,” said Mayor Noble. “We are able to once again offer the pool and beach free of charge for Kingston residents. I’m wishing everyone a safe and fun-filled summer.”
Lynsey Timbrouck, Director of Parks and Recreation said, “The Parks and Recreation Department has been working hard to prepare for the upcoming swimming season here in Kingston! As always, we hope everyone safely enjoys our beach, pool, and amenities.”
