EXECUTIVE ORDER

In preparation of an art installation, facilitated by O+, and the O+ Parade and Festival taking place from Friday October 5, 2018 through Sunday October 7, 2018, certain traffic restrictions will be in effect to assure the safety of all residents and visitors to this area.
Therefore, I, Steven T. Noble, Mayor of the City of Kingston, by the power vested in me by the Charter of the City of Kingston declare:
From 9:00am on Wednesday, October 3 to 7:00pm on Sunday, October 8, there will be NO PARKING in five spaces, directly against the Redwood wall in the N Front Street municipal lot.
From 12:00pm on Thursday, October 4 to 12:00pm on Monday, October 8, there will be NO PARKING in two spaces in front of 267 Wall Street.
From 12:00pm on Friday, October 5 to 4:00pm on Saturday, October 6, there will be NO PARKING in two spaces in front of 309 Wall Street. From 10:00am on Friday, October 5 to 4:00pm on Saturday, October 6, there will be NO PARKING in the first three spaces in front of 40 John Street.
From 9:00am on Friday, October 5 to 7:00pm on Sunday, October 7, there will be NO PARKING in three spaces in front of 21 N Front Street. “Handicap parking only” will be temporarily moved to three spaces in front of 35-37 N Front Street.
The Parade kicks off in front of the Kingston Library on Prospect St. at 6:00pm; turns left onto St. James St.; turns right onto Fair St.; turns right into Ulster County lot (corner of Fair St. and Main St.); makes left out of lot onto Main St.; turns right onto Wall Street and ends in front of BSP at approximately 7:00pm. There will be police presence for intermittent traffic control.
From 6:00am to 4:00pm on Saturday, October 6, Wall Street will be closed and NO PARKING from John Street to North Front Street for the Health Expo and entertainment segment of the Festival.
